“Roger is an amazing Pilates instructor. I was very lucky to be part of his classes at On Point Pilates in Dallas. While he is great with all types of equipment, he excels at teaching mat work. Classes could be challenging (loved them!!) and I always felt great the rest of the day. Even though I was happy he was heading off to new adventures, I was sad that I wouldn’t be in his classes anymore. Made me consider a move to Boston! Take his class, you’ll love it!”

“I found Roger shortly after tearing my ACL, wanting to do whatever cross-training possible to support my body through pre and post op physical therapy. Over the course of the year we worked together, I felt my mind and body transform entirely. Roger is knowledgeable, personable, understanding, and FUN! Every session started with a check-in and all movements were preceded by detailed instructions, explanations, and demonstrations. At a time when my body felt foreign to me in the wake of a major surgery, he held the apprehension I came to him with while continually challenging me and helping me regain not only my strength, but confidence in movement. I hit all of my post-op PT milestones weeks ahead of time because of the time, care, and anatomical expertise that Roger put into our Pilates sessions together, whilst developing a genuine love for the Pilates method. Roger has a genuine gift for meeting clients where they are mentally and physically, and his sense of humour is absolutely unmatched, making even intimidating-looking movements feel that much more accessible. If you’re in for a challenge with incredible support and a side of fun-loving humour, Roger is your guy!”

“Roger is an amazing Pilates instructor! He has a deep understanding of the Pilates method and has the knowledge and experience to provide customized workouts for his clients. He not only assisted me in building strength and agility, but also assisted me in movements to help heal a shoulder injury. I was impressed that some of my best, and most challenging, workouts with him were done virtually during COVID. Roger knows his clients well, allowing him to provide great workouts in any environment. He's also a lot of fun and great to be around!  You will definitely find yourself looking forward to your workouts!”

“Roger has the unique ability to create and share a zen-like feeling of presence, health, joy, and productivity. He was greatly impactful as I have worked to heal my body from the many injuries that pregnancy, teaching (and sitting in VERY small chairs!), and crawling around on playgrounds can inflict. “Roger is that thing you've been missing, and needing, to level up the movement in your body! I went into our session with no major expectations or anything really planned on my end. Roger was extremely personable and instantly made me feel comfortable with however the session would go! He gave me options and helped me navigate what may be best for me to look into! I told him about some of the things I do on a daily basis as far as movement and some of my goals with my body. He then went through a few movements with me that I do in my daily workouts and WOW! I had no idea how different the movements felt when they are being done in a way that is actually in alignment with my body! My squats and deadlifts are LEVELED UP! Therefore, the tension and grip in my back lightened up! I felt the workouts where I actually wanted to feel them. He continued to check in with how things FELT in my body and where I was feeling them. It wasn't until I was speaking about where I was feeling the movements that I realized I was feeling them in the correct, targeted places!!

Needless to say, since our first session, I have been more intentional, aware, and connected within my body! He has helped lighten the load my back would take on from the way I was doing exercises by bringing my focus to it in such an intuitive and intentional way! Thank you Roger! I can't wait to feel out this body of mine and work on my gains in a new way!
